1. Who we are

Warsame Digital is a Nashville-based business providing website and inquiry-system setup and maintenance services for local businesses.

2. About this website

This site is for information and to request a free audit. Submitting the form or using this site does not create a client engagement, contract, or obligation.

3. Relationship to your service agreement

These website terms do not themselves create a client engagement and are not a substitute for a signed client service agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed client service agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. No guarantees

We help improve how your business captures and follows up on inquiries. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, search rankings, booked projects, or any specific results.

5. Services and payment

Specific services, scope, and pricing are set out in a separate signed agreement. Setup work is paid before it begins; monthly service is billed in advance. Nothing is owed based on this website alone.

6. Cancellation

Where we provide ongoing monthly service, it is month-to-month and either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Completed work and payments already made are not refunded or prorated, except as stated in your agreement.

7. Ownership

Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, you own your domain, hosting account, website source files, and content. We may ask permission to feature completed work as a sample or case study.

8. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of information and materials you provide and for following up with your own leads and customers where the service calls for it.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use our services or site for unlawful purposes or to submit others' information without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Warsame Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
